I happened to be driving behind this 19-year-old kid when he, for no apparent reason, swerved off the road and straight into a wall next to a park and a bus stop. He was on his cell phone, and had a friend riding shotgun, and he told this cop something about someone handing someone else a CD. Thank God there wasn't someone standing here at the time.
